Rude on the phone: Maybe I called on a bad day but they answered the phone and I could not uunderstand them.
So I asked if this was Have House; the person replied "yeah what". I thought that I should ask for the owner at
that point and they said no and hung up. I feel bad because they seem to have good pricing. I guess it's hit or miss. 05/05/2007
Great Service and Cheap!: I have used these guys 3 or 4 times. They are very efficient and the carpet comes
out really well. I had them do a really dirty couch and loveseat one time, and it looked a little streaky when it dried. They
cheerfully came back out and redid the work. Their prices are much better than most outfits. I would not hesitate to use them

both my carpet and ducts for less than the price others would have charged for just the carpet.
